At work today, a sweet old lady came through the door, looked up at me and thanked me for my beautiful smile.  She had a white cotton hat with a large white bow on the front above her forehead.  She was looking for a book about North Ogden that she had found in the library.  I made a few phone calls and helped her with her request.  We were unable to find where she could purchase the book, but as she went to leave, she left me with some good words to think about.  She said:

"Let me tell you a secret:  You have a beautiful smile.  If you continue to smile like that for the rest of your life, you will always be beautiful.  And always be nice.  If you are nice, you become a treasure.  Not all beautiful ladies are treasures."

This lady was definitely a treasure.  What a great blessing to meet her today.
